Terms and Conditions

1. We offer both hypoallergenic and regular detergents & softeners in washing your clothes.  It is possible that residue from regular detergents from pervious washes may permeate into your wash from the detergent carriage.  You agree not to hold Laundster responsible for any residues from previous washes that may influence your wash and understand that this is a possibility.  

2a. It is next to impossible that any of your clothes will be lost while in the possession of Laundster.  In a claim of a lost item, it is likely that Laundster never received the clothing item in question in the first place.  Laundster has operational systems in place to ensure all of your items you provide are returned. 

2b. Considering that Laundster handles clothes with the utmost care, it is likely that any damage to your clothing existed prior to Laundster receiving.  It is understood that used clothing, in time, deteriorates and becomes weaker at the seams, buttons, and thread holds.  Wearing, using, and washing clothes (even gently) can and does contribute to this weaking of clothing material and component functionality over time.  It is agreed that Laundster will not be held liable for any damage to clothing.

All claims will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.  It is agreed that if Laundster does provide a reimbursement, any such reimbursement will not exceed 3 times the order price and will be in the form of a credit.  

3. It is agreed that Laundster is not responsible for any theft or damage of your clothes after it is delivered to your residence, even if you are not home.  It is recommended that someone be available at your home to receive your cleaned clothing delivery or have a padlocked container for us to put your clothes in.  

4. It is understood and agreed that it is the customers onus to research and know what detergents, softeners, and stain removers are best for their clothing and health.
